This course is suitable for most workplaces that have not identified additional specific risks. If specific risks exist additional training can be provided.
These courses cover the essentials of managing immediate and potentially life-threatening incidents in a systematic manner. Ideal for anyone who is required to take charge at an incident in any workplace or school or during leisure activities.
Upon successful completion of this qualification, candidates will be equipped with the essential skills needed to give safe, prompt and effective first aid in emergency situations.
Delivery
Experienced professional trainers with an active professional interest in First Aid training, coming from a variety of working backgrounds understanding the specific needs of various environments. Our trainers are constantly updating their methods and materials keeping abreast of current best practice from around the world. Trainers typically have knowledge of your workplace and follow Health and Safety approved code of practice guidelines.
Certificate Validity: 3 Years (Annual Refresher Training Recommended)

Interactive hands on practical training
One CPR training manikin per 2 participants
Legislation
Roles and Responsibilities of the first aider
Awareness of current regulations.
